You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate delivery and contact information.
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may cancel or refuse orders in case of errors, stock issues, or service-area limits. Delivery times are estimates.
Third-party sellers may list products on the platform. Seller products may require admin approval before publication. Platform commission and settlement terms apply to sellers as shown in the seller dashboard.
Payments are processed through the methods offered in the app. Refunds and returns follow the policies shown at checkout and in the app.
Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with other users or sellers.
To the extent permitted by law, VitalBasket is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
